How I Approach Nutrition

Breakfast
3 whole eggs + 4 egg whites scrambled, 1 cup oats with berries, black coffee.
Mid-Morning
Greek yogurt with almonds and a scoop of whey.
Lunch
6–8 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup jasmine rice, large mixed greens with olive oil.
Pre-Workout
Banana, rice cake with almond butter, pre-workout supplement.
Post-Workout
Whey isolate shake + creatine + simple carbs.
Dinner
6–8 oz lean beef or salmon, sweet potato, roasted vegetables.
