As a certified yoga therapist trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage, the foundational tradition from which all modern yoga derives, I work with you as an individual. Your body. Your history. Your patterns. Your goals. Every session is built around what you specifically need, not a generic routine designed for a room full of people.
Yoga therapy is appropriate for anyone dealing with chronic pain, injury recovery, stress and anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, sleep disruption, postural imbalances, or simply the accumulated tension of a high performance life. It is also a powerful complement to an existing strength training program, helping your body move better, recover faster, and sustain higher levels of output without breaking down.
Sessions are conducted privately from my personal studio in St. Louis, Missouri. You will receive my complete and undivided attention for the full duration of our time together.
What to Expect
Your first session begins with a conversation. I want to understand your history, your current physical condition, where you feel restricted, and what you are hoping to change. From there I design a practice specifically for you using breathwork, therapeutic movement, postural correction, and nervous system regulation techniques drawn from the Krishnamacharya tradition.
Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions and transition to bi-weekly as their practice deepens and their body begins to respond.

The Lineage
My yoga therapy training is rooted in the Krishnamacharya lineage, the same tradition that gave rise to Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Viniyoga. This lineage emphasizes that yoga must be adapted to the individual, not the other way around. Every technique I use is grounded in that principle.
